Problem Solve!?

Format the pc yesterday from XP I tried the window 07 I just got from the web..
It was a nice OS with some ready to install software with it..
(For Future references) The [LINK](Windows 07 OS)..

Encountered Two Problem after Installing..

1st) windows detected a hard disk problem errors.. 
(I don't know if I solve it or not)
       -Solution ( go to Trouble Shouting Below)
2nd) Windows Boot manager ( after I format I got this)
